Scope and optional extras
Remote service only. Hardware, on-site visits, licenses, migrations and ongoing support are excluded unless expressly agreed.

Before you hire us
How much will it cost and when will it be ready?
Published packages keep their listed scope and price. For custom work, we define features, dependencies, delivery dates and a quote before starting. Changes outside that scope require a separate agreement.
Can we work together from another city or country?
Yes. Our service is fully remote. Meetings, review and delivery take place online; we agree on communication channels and schedules.
What happens after delivery?
You receive the agreed solution and guidance for using it. Defects within the agreed scope can be reported during the existing 30-calendar-day period described in our terms. Maintenance, subscriptions and new features are arranged separately.
